Trong tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2015 sử dụng từ ngữ ngắn gọn, do đó đôi khi chúng ta không hiểu hết từ đó có nghĩa là gì. Trong bài viết này chúng tôi xin chia sẽ giải thích từ ngữ trong ISO 9000 và 9001:2015 của ISO/TC 176/SC2. Để đảm bảo tính chính xác, chúng tôi giữ nguyên từ tiếng Anh không dịch sang tiếng Việt mong các bạn thông cảm.
